MS Dhoni, the former skipper of the Indian cricket team is known to be an avid sports enthusiast. He never misses out on any opportunity to try his hands in other sports as well other than cricket.

Dhoni played his last international match against New Zealand in the semi-final of the World Cup. As soon as the world cup was over, he took a sabbatical from the game and kept on extending it, which added more fuel to the fire.

While the talks on his cricket career are at its peaks, on the other hand, MS Dhoni recently picked up the tennis racquet in order to play a local Tennis tournament.

Yes, you read that right. On Friday, MS Dhoni, the defending champion, not just played but also won the first match of the Country Cricket Club Tennis Tournament in the doubles category for men’s. In the first game, the veteran cricketer was well partnered by Sumit Kumar.

In 2018 as well, the duo played brilliantly and won the final played last year in straight sets. They are expected to continue with the same brilliance in the upcoming games of the ongoing season as well.
