ICC Champions Trophy 2017: India vs Pakistan is always a big game for cricket fans in India and Pakistan, and across the world. The arch-rivals will once against be up against each other in the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Both, India and Pakistan, will play their first open match of the tournament on 4th June, and as always, there is a huge build up to the game and the ‘mauka mauka’ army is back.
In ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, Star Sports launched an ad campaign called ‘mauka mauka’ and it became a huge hit. It was about a Pakistani fan who has been waiting to celebrate his team’s victory against India in ICC Cricket World Cup but he continues to wait as Pakistan have never defeated India in a World Cup game. The ad campaign was a massive hit among fans from both sides of the order. Many spoofs and versions of the ad were created by fans and it was the most trending topic throughout the tournament.
Now, this time, Star Sports didn’t create a new mauka mauka ad but fans are at it. A couple of videos have been made and they are getting very good response on social media. Check out the latest one here:
