India’s Ravichandran Ashwin is arguably the best spinner in world cricket. In the last 15 months or so, Ashwin has done extraordinarily well in Test cricket, specially in Asian conditions. In the recently concluded one-off Test against Bangladesh, he became the fastest bowler to take 250 wickets in Test cricket.
R Ashwin’s biggest strength is ability to keep adding more variations and skills to his armoury. In one of the ODIs against West Indies, Ashwin surprised one and all by copying Sunil Narine’s action to almost perfection.
