Zaheer Khan was the bowling spearhead in the Indian Cricket Team for a while. Known for his ability to swing the ball both ways, the left arm pacer was also one of India’s finest bowlers. With a smooth action, he troubled the batsmen with his deadly accuracy. This video shows one of the best overs that Zaheer has bowled in his career. In a match against South Africa, Zaheer bowled a double wicket maiden. It was the first over the game. First up, South African captain Graeme Smith was facing him. There was a huge LBW shout on the first ball as it swung into the batsman, but the umpire declared it not out. A similar delivery followed and Smith was bowle through the gate while attempting a drive. Jacques Kallis was the next batsman in. After leaving a full delivery outside off, Kallis too tried to drive thorugh the off side but only ended up nicking it to Tendulkar at first slip. Herschelle Gibbs survived the next two balls but Zaheer bowled a double wicket maiden.
