Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma urged paparazzi to not click pictures of their newborn daughter. On Monday, Virat Kohli took to his social media and announced the arrival of his first child and revealed that both the baby and Anushka were healthy.

The couple has now written a note to the paparazzi fraternity in Mumbai, urging them to respect the privacy of their newborn baby. The couple also expressed their gratitude towards the fraternity for all the love. Besides this, the couple also promised to share the content at the right time. The statement of the couple read:

“As parents, we have a simple request to make to you. We want to protect the privacy of our child and we need your help and support,”

“While, we will always ensure that you get all the content you need featuring us, we would request you to kindly not take or carry any content that has our child. We know that you will understand where we are coming from and we thank you for the same,”

Later, on Thursday, popular photographer Viral Bhayani shared a video of the goodies and care packages sent by Virushka to the paparazzi, along with the letter bearing their request to them. Sharing the same, Viral Bhayani vowed to not click the pictures of their baby. Viral wrote:

“#viratkohli and #anushkasharma sent out these gifts for me and my team today. There is also a personalised letter written in English and Hindi requesting us not to the click their baby till she is mature enough. ‘we want to protect the privacy of our child and we need your help and support. While we will always ensure that you get all the content you need us featuring us, we would request you to kindly not take or carry any content that has our child.; Agreed and the same message has been passed on to our team.”
