Former Indian captain Virat Kohli was thrilled to see Rishabh Pant smash a stunning four off Andile Phehlukwayo’s delivery as he was seen dancing in the dressing room shortly after that. Rishabh Pant played a stunning knock under pressure to bring the much-needed momentum for the Indian cricket team after they found themselves in trouble during the ongoing 2nd ODI of the 3-match series at Bolan Park, Paarl.
Rishabh Pant walked out to bat at number 4 after he was promoted following the dismissal of Virat Kohli for a duck. Pant had a lot of pressure on him, as he had a responsibility to score some big runs after India had lost both Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli in successive overs.
Rishabh Pant came with all-guns-blazing as he took the innings by storm from the word go. He stole the show with his batting heroics but couldn’t convert it into his maiden century in the ongoing second ODI match of the three-match series.
The stylish keeper-batter scored 85 runs in just 71 balls in Paarl as he missed his maiden ODI century by a few runs. His stunning knock was laced with 10 boundaries and two sixes.
During his knock, Rishabh smashed a stunning boundary, following which Virat Kohli was seen dancing and enjoying his time while watching the batting performance of Pant. The video of the same has been making rounds on the internet.
