Over the past couple of days, IShowSpeed, who claims to be a massive Virat Kohli fan, has taken over social media headlines with his presence on the streets in Mumbai and has been a big hit among the fans.
The 18-year-old YouTube sensation, IShowSpeed has confirmed that he will be attending the IND vs PAK World Cup 2023 encounter on Saturday in Ahmedabad. Being a Virat Kohli fan, Speed wants India to defeat Pakistan.
Speaking with Hindustan Times, Speed said: “I am here because of Virat Kohli. I want to see India beat Pakistan in the World Cup match tomorrow! I will be there at the stadium. I don’t follow cricket back home, but I follow Kohli. I want to meet him, and I am also excited to meet the Tunak Tunak guy (Daler Mehndi), I am just very excited bruh!”
Wearing the number 18 Virat Kohli jersey, Speed has been roaming and interacting with Indians in the past two days. Speed has a massive fan following on social media from India.
“People have just been telling me ‘come to India’, so here I am. I am here to see what India is all about. India has this energy and I can’t wait for it to come out. I am bringing mine out too, and I can’t wait for the two to mix,” he added.

The real name of IShowSpeed is Darren Jason Watkins Jr. He is an American YouTuber, rapper, and online streamer who has become famous over the past couple of years for his reactions to sports, mostly on Cristiano Ronaldo and Football. He is also a Virat Kohli fan.
IShowSpeed was present at the FIFA Football World Cup 2022 in Qatar last year, and will be present at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 in India this year.
Meanwhile, Kohli has been in superb touch at the start of the World Cup – he scored 85 vs Australia and then 55* vs Afghanistan.
