Man vs Wild is one of the most loved shows across the globe. The popular show has also featured Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among others in their episodes, where they enjoyed the wild rendezvous with Bear Grylls.
Well, it seems that new stars all are set to feature in the new episodes of the show. Some time ago, Bear Grylls shared his desire to work with global star Priyanka Chopra and Indian batting maestro Virat Kohli. He has now revealed being in talks with these two stars.
Bear Grylls Wants To Host Virat Kohli In Man vs Wild’s Episode
Bear Grylls has shared his interest to go on an adventurous trip with Priyanka and Virat. During an interview with the Hindustan Times, Grylls revealed that he has already initiated the conversations with both Indian superstars. He said:
“I am keeping my fingers crossed..A lot is happening. We are working on the plan right now. We have not confirmed anything yet, but things are moving in the right direction.”
“Priyanka is the number one (celebrity) for our next show along with Virat Kohli. Both of them are such inspirational figures, who are loved around the world. So, getting to hear their stories and getting to know their journey and their life would be such a privilege for me and everyone.”
He added: “Virat would be amazing to adventure with — a true heart of a lion and kind spirit. And Priyanka Chopra would be incredible – I took her husband away once on a journey and he was a great guy. People would love to hear her story,”
After gaining popularity through his show ‘Man vs Wild’ Bear has visited the country several times and has expressed his love for India many times. He even once confessed that “India is incredibly close” to his heart.
Meanwhile, talking about Virat Kohli, the Indian batting superstar will be seen in action in the much-awaited ICC World Test Championship, where team India will take on Australia. The summit clash will kickstart tomorrow at The Oval in London.
