Virat Kohli has been warned by the Board of Control for Cricket in India for abusing an Indian journalist. In a statement released to the media on Thursday afternoon, the BCCI said:

“The player in question (Virat Kohli) has been told to maintain the dignity of the Indian team at all times, and avoid any such behaviour in the future.”

Earlier, Indian team manager Dr RN Baba had issued a statement that Virat Kohli didn’t abuse the journalist and had appologised to the concerned journalist. But later, the concerned journalist denied that Virat Kohli hadn’t apologised to him.
