While the world is ready in anticipation of Virat Kohli taking the field in the red, black, and gold of RCB at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in the IPL 2023 – the IPL returns to its home-and-away format for the first time since 2019 – the former RCB and India captain recently refreshed his childhood memories with his 10th class marksheet.

Virat Kohli took to the Koo app, another social media platform, and shared with his fans this 10th standard marksheet.

A student of the Saviour Convent school in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, Virat Kohli appeared in his 10th class CBSE examination in 2004 and scored overall 69.83%.

Virat Kohli scored 83 marks in English, 75 in Hindi, 51 in Maths, 55 in Science, 81 in Social Science, and 74 in IT.

While this may be marks of an average student of the class, Virat Kohli outperformed and outscored the world on the cricket field.

“It’s funny how the things that add the least to your marksheet, add the most to your character,” Virat Kohli captioned his post.

‘King’ Kohli’s latest post on the Koo app became the talk of the town with the fans talking about how Kohli and most of the best athletes in the world were just average students in school.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli, fresh from a Test century in Ahmedabad against Australia, is gearing up for the IPL 2023 along with his RCB teammates.

RCB reached the playoffs last season, defeated LSG in the Eliminator before losing to RR in the Qualifier 2, failing one step from the final.

This season, RCB are already dented by injuries. They first lost Will Jacks, who they’d picked up for an expensive price in the IPL 2023 auction to an injury, and he was replaced by Michael Bracewell.

Rajat Patidar has been ruled out for at least half a season due to a heel injury while Josh Hazlewood is still in Sydney, recovering from an Achilles tendinitis injury and is set to miss a major portion of the tournament. Two days out from the start of the IPL, it has been learned that Glenn Maxwell is still not completely recovered from his leg injury and is doubtful for their first match, on April 2, against Mumbai Indians.
