It happened when the Indian cricketers were getting down from the team bus and getting ready to leave for the long tour of South Africa, Virat Kohli was very quick to get down and communicate his wish to the group of photographers standing there.

Virat Kohli got down before his wife Anushka Sharma, who was carrying their daughter Vamika, and told the photographers standing there to not click Vamika’s pictures.

“Baby ka photo mat lena (don’t take baby’s pictures).” Virat Kohli requested the paparazzi standing there in the most gentlemanly manner. Interestingly, the photographers also obliged and we could hear them telling each other to not click Vamika’s pictures.

While getting down from the bus, Anushka Sharma also signalled the photographers to not click baby’s pictures. You can watch the video below, and see how Virat Kohli always comes forward to protect and stand up for his family. It was good to see him performing his duties the way he does, amid the ongoing controversy which has made him the biggest talking point in world cricket, for non-cricketing reasons.

We wish Kohli and Team India all the best for the tour of South Africa. Hopefully, Team India will put all the off-field controversies aside and register a historic win in the Rainbow nation.
