Kohli’s Fitness Routine:

Besides intense workouts, Virat Kohli also follows a strict vegetarian diet (with eggs being the only exception) to keep himself in the best physical shape. His diet includes healthy and nutrient-rich foods to support his athleticism. He eats plant-based protein sources like tofu, soy, fresh fruits, complex carbohydrates, leafy greens, and healthy fats.  In addition to this, he also drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep himself hydrated.

Talking about his professional front, Virat Kohli played a stellar knock in the first Test match in the ongoing series against West Indies. He scored 76 runs off 182 balls against West Indies in the first Test match. He formed a brilliant 99-run partnership first with Yashasvi Jaiswal and then with Ravindra Jadeja.

Virat Kohli will be next seen in action in the upcoming second Test match against West Indies, starting July 20th at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain in Trinidad.
