Virender Sehwag Wrote A Hilarious Tweet For Chris Morris After His Heroics: Another day, another last-over thriller, the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League has kept everyone hooked. Chris Morris turned out to be the hero of the game last night between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals at the Wankhede Stadium. In a low-scoring game, that swung like a pendulum displaying the bowler’s supremacy, it was the performance of Chris Morris that made all the difference.

Though, at one point in the game, it looked like Rajasthan Royals are going nowhere close to the target, especially after David Miller’s dismissal. However, Chris made full use of the opportunity given to him and silenced all the critics of his price tag with his match-winning performance.

Morris’ fantastic shots and powerful hitting snatched the game out of Delhi Capitals hands and eventually DC camp looked shellshocked with the turn of events. On the other hand, in the RR dugout, everyone was thrilled as Morris had pulled off an unthinkable victory.

Though, as we mentioned, until the penultimate over of the innings, there wasn’t much belief that RR would pull off the win. However, Morris smashed Rabada to all the corners of the ground to make all the difference.

Morris scored 36 runs off 18 balls, smashing 4 sixes in his sensational knock. The 4 sixes also included a class apart six, which was a no-look one.

Meanwhile, social media was soon flooded with amazing reactions from twitterati on Morris’s performance. From cricketers to fans to experts, everyone took to their social media to hail the brilliant cameo.

Among many, Indian batting legend, Virender Sehwag also took to his Twitter and wrote a beautiful tweet for Morris. In his tweet, he shared two pictures of Morris, one from today’s match and the other from RR’s previous match and wrote:

“Pic 1 last match – Paisa mila par izzat nahi mili
Pic 2 today – Isse kehte hain Izzat.
Izzat bhi , Paisa bhi – Well done Chris Morris #RRvsDC”

Here, check out the Tweet:
