Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer has been ruling the internet world, one tweet at a time. This time he took a hilarious dig at the Australian cricket team. Ajinkya Rahane led team India dominated the game from the word go and surpassed Australians in all the departments of the game.
Rahane led the team from the front as he scored a blistering century and became the 12th skipper to score a Test hundred in Australia. He remained unbeaten after scoring 104 runs from 200 balls, as he slammed 12 fours. Ravindra Jadeja also registered an unbeaten 40 from 104 balls.
Rahane alongwith Ravindra Jadeja led team India went past Australia’s first innings total to take the lead after the game resumed on the final season of Day 2 after a slight delay due to rain. Team India is now having a hefty lead in the ongoing game as they have cruised to an 82-run lead over Australia with Rahane and Jadeja taking the charge.
