Wasim Jaffer Trolled Hrithik Roshan And Michael Vaughan With A Single Tweet

Wasim Jaffer Trolled Hrithik Roshan And Michael Vaughan With A Single Tweet: The Indian skipper Virat Kohli and New Zealand’s skipper Kane Williamson, both are considered modern-day legends. Both the cricketers will be seen locking their horns in the much-awaited World Test Championship final, which will start from June 18 in Southampton.

However, ahead of their much-awaited clash, Michael Vaughan has taken a dig at Virat Kohli, while showering praises at the New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson. He had claimed if Vaughan was Indian, he would be the greatest player in the world. He said:

“If Kane Williamson was Indian, he would be the greatest player in the world. But he’s not because you’re not allowed to say that Virat Kohli is not the greatest, because you’d get an absolute pelting on social media. So, you all say Virat is the best purely to get a few more clicks and likes, few more numbers following here. Kane Williamson, across formats, is equally the best. I think the way he plays, the calm demeanour, his humbleness, the fact that he is silent about what he does,”

He added:

“It’s just that he doesn’t have the 100 million followers on Instagram and doesn’t earn the $30-40 million or whatever Virat gets every year for his commercial endorsements.”

Vaughan’s statements didn’t go down well with the Indian fans. Former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer was also not happy with the statements of Michael Vaughan and came up with an epic tweet while reacting to his statements.

In his tweet, Jaffer trolled Vaughan by writing the extra appendage that Indian actor Hrithik Roshan possesses, however said that it is used more by Michael Vaughan to instigate the Indian fans. Vaughan wrote:

“Extra ungli Hrithik ke paas hai par karta Michael Vaughan hai Slightly smiling face #ViratKohli #KaneWilliamson”
