There was a time when fans used to wait hours standing in a line, to get autographs of their favourite cricketers. They used to carry a pen and paper so that they don’t miss the opportunity of getting an autograph. But since the arrival of smartphones things have changed and selfies, in a way, have replaced autographs.

In the third Test match of the ongoing series between England and Sri Lanka, was ready with cell phone to capture a selfie with him. However, it seemed that she was not aware of how to go about it. The cricketer, who is not participating in the match, was present outside the boundary rope and came to her rescue.
