VIDEO: WATCH: David Warner Trolled Ravindra Jadeja’s Sword Celebration

David Warner and Ravindra Jadeja were involved in a hilarious on-field banter on Saturday when Chennai Super Kings met Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley stadium for both teams’ last league phase game.

While DC were already out of the playoff race, a win for CSK will not only see them through to the playoffs but will also consolidate on their position at the second spot in the points table.

CSK set DC a big target of 224 runs. In reply, DC lost three early wickets, but Warner fought single-handedly and valiantly.

Despite the tension of the tall chase, DC SKipper was in his funny moods when he teased Jadeja with Jadeja’s famous sword celebration.

In the 5th over of DC’s innings, bowled by seamer Deepak Chahar, Warner tapped the ball on the off-side and ran for a quick single. Moeen Ali picked up the ball at cover and threw it at the non-striker’s end where Warner put in a dive.

The throw didn’t hit the stumps and went to Rahane in the deep. Warner then teased Rahane first by getting out of his crease. After pausing for a couple of seconds, Rahane threw the ball and David was quickly back in his crease. Jadeja had run in from point to collect the throw from Rahane.

Warner then teased Jadeja by getting out his crease while Jadeja acted like he was going to throw the ball. Both stood their ground staring at each other before Warner, astonishingly, did Jadeja’s famous sword celebration to tease the CSK fielder back. Jadeja had a big smile on his face and turned around. Phil Salt too saw the hialrious side of this incident and gave a smile.
