Former India skipper MS Dhoni made his presence felt at the pre-wedding event of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in the Jamnagar city of Gujarat over the last few days. The CSK captain attended the events with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni.
There was a spate of Indian and international cricketers invited to the event that celebrated the soon-to-be-married couple that is Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Anant is the son of one of the world’s biggest businessmen, Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in India, and Radhika is the daughter of Viren A. Merchant, another giant businessman in the country.
Over the last few days, prominent figures of the world from various walks of life flew into Jamnagar for this event. Their wedding is in July. The last few days have left people wondering if the pre-wedding bash has been such extravagant, and how huge the wedding will be.

Former CSK teammates MS Dhoni and Dwayne Bravo had a conversation with Aryan Khan, the eldest son of Bollywood mega-star Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh, the owner of the KKR franchise, is a good friend of Dhoni’s and their bond was seen in the way Dhoni talked with Aryan, Shah Rukh’s son.

Meanwhile, the BCCI has announced the schedule for the first 21 games of the IPL 2024 season. Because of the general elections in April and May, the board withheld announcing the full schedule. The remainder of the schedule will be announced after the Election Commission of India announces the General Election dates. The first 21 matches will be played from March 22 to April 7.
MS Dhoni’s CSK, who are the defending champions, will host Faf du Plessis’ RCB on March 22 at Chepauk to kick start this year’s tournament. The IPL 2024 final is expected to be slated for May 26, which will be only five days before the T20 World Cup starts in June in the West Indies and USA.
