Watch: Reaction Of Kagiso Rabada’s Father On Rohit Sharma’s Bowled Wicket Goes Viral

South Africa fast bowler Kagiso Rabada stunned India’s skipper, Rohit Sharma, in the second innings of the ongoing 1st Test match in Centurion with a peach of a delivery, that knocked back the off-stump. The reaction of who seems to be Kagiso’s father at the venue, Dr Mpho Rabada, has gone viral on social media.

Kagiso Rabada, who took a five-for in the first innings which included the wickets of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, continued on his superb rhythm in the second innings to castle the Indian captain for a duck.

Rabada kept a tight leash on Rohit, not allowing him to get off the mark with back-of-length stuff into his body and away swinging deliveries outside the off-stump.

When he felt the moment was right to go for the kill, having set Rohit up with a couple of hard-length deliveries, Rabada pitched it fuller, swinging and angling into the batter, forcing Rohit to have a loose drive at it. The ball, though, upon pitching on middle-and-off, just nipped away slightly, enough to beat Rohit’s outside edge, but not enough to miss the off-pole. It was simply a sensational delivery from South Africa’s spearhead pacer.

The crowd at the Supersport Park in Centurion roared when they saw Kagiso Rabada celebrating with his arms wide in the airplane celebration style. The cameraman then panned for a couple of seconds to apparently who seems to be Rabada’s father. He could seen air-pumping his fists in jubilation and triumph of Kagiso over Rohit.

The visitors are in a lot of trouble at the Supersport Park as South Africa are approaching towards a victory. Earlier, Dean Elgar scored 185 runs and Marco Jansen remained unbeaten on 84 as South Africa scored 408. Going into Tea, India lost both openers, Rohit and Jaiswal and also Shubman Gill. Not too long after Tea, Jansen bowled Shreyas Iyer.

Kohli and KL Rahul will have to bat out of their skins to help India get a fighting lead.
