Former Pakistani cricketer and one of the best batsmen of modern day cricket, Younis Khan, named his all time Test XI. Younis, who became the first Pakistani to pass the 10,000-run mark in Tests and just the 13th player in history to do so in his last Test series, picked only one Indian cricketer (Sachin Tendulkar) in his team.
Younis’ farewell match was an nail-bitter as Pakistan sealed their first ever Test series victory in the Caribbean with a wicket in the final over of the deciding match in Dominica. It was also Misbah Ul Haq’s last Test.
Younis is arguably the best Pakistani batsmen ever. He is one of those few Asian batsmen who never had any difficultly while playing in swing-friendly conditions. Younis had a technique of his own but it was very effective throughout his long playing career.
