Yuvraj Singh Is All Set To Make An Emotional Comeback

In some surprising turn of events, former Indian all-rounder and legendary batsman Yuvraj Singh have announced that he is coming out of retirement and will be returning back on-field by February next year.

Yes, you read that right. It was in 2019 June, when India’s star allrounder Yuvraj Singh had left everyone in shock when he came out for a presser and announced his international retirement. While Yuvi was out of form when he had announced his decision to take retirement and his best years were behind him, there were many who believed that Yuvraj still may get to play more for India and get a much-deserving farewell in style. However, the fans didn’t get to see Yuvi in India’s jersey again.

But seems like Yuvraj Singh is getting ready to make a return to the field. On Tuesday, Yuvi took to his Instagram and shared announced the news of his return by sharing a video of his final international century with a patriotic Bollywood song ‘Teri Mitti’ playing in the background.

The video has left everyone nostalgic about the majestic partnership he shared alongside former skipper MS Dhoni. This innings had come during the second ODI match against England in Cuttack. Sharing the video, Yuvraj Singh wrote:

“God decides your destiny !!On public demand il be back on the pitch hopefully in Februry ! Ain’t nothing like this feeling ! Thank you for your love and wishes ❤ mean a lot to me ! Keep supporting ?? it’s our team and a true fan will show his or her support in tough times ?? #jaihind”

After announcing his retirement from international cricket, the legendary batsman has played in franchise cricket around the globe. He has represented Toronto Nationals in the GT20 League and has also played for the Maratha Arabians in Abu Dhabi T10. Yuvi was last seen playing on the field in March 2021 during the Road Safety Series.
