India’s leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has finally issued a statement on his Instagram regarding the rumors which stated that everything is not well between him and his wife Dhanashree Verma.
Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma, who got married in December 2020 after meeting each other on Instagram, are one of the sweetest celebrity couples in cricket and in the country. Dhanashree is often seen supporting Chahal during his matches. Not to forget, she was there for the whole of IPL 2022 inside the bio-secure bubble.
However, lately, they have been trending on social media for all the wrong reasons. Chahal recently posted a cryptic photo on his Instagram story which left his fans in confusion. The picture had a quote that read, “New Life Loading”.

What added more to the confusion was Dhanashree removing ‘Chahal’ surname from her Instagram bio. The sheer timing of Dhanashree’s decision to change her name and Chahal’s “New Life Loading” post led to all the speculations of the couple parting their ways.
Fans are not sure if everything is right between the couple and as a result, social media has been buzzing with reactions from fans to it.
Meanwhile, Chahal’s latest Instagram story shut down all the rumors regarding their relationship. On Thursday, Chahal once again posted a story on Instagram where he finally cleared the air regarding the ongoing rumors of his divorce. He wrote:
“A humble request to you all to not believe in any sort of rumours pertaining to our relationship. Kindly, put an end to it. Love and Light to Everyone.”
