Suryakumar walked-in to bat when the team India had already lost its top-batsmen. However, SKY didn’t let the pressure impact his game, in fact, he took the game by storm from the first ball he faced.
It was right after Rohit Sharma was dismissed for 12, Jofra Archer welcomed Suryakumar with a short delivery at 143.9 kph, however, SKY made a stunning entry into the international scene by smashing the ball over the fine leg fence and left everyone jaw-dropped. Suryakumar became the first Indian cricketer to start an international career with a first ball SIX.

Surya played a fantastic knock of 57 runs in 31 balls and the way he played clearly shows how desperately he was waiting for this one opportunity for a long time.
