WATCH – Kuldeep Yadav Takes Ollie Pope’s Wicket With A Stunning Googly

Kuldeep Yadav has taken two important wickets for India in the first session of the fifth Test against England in Dharamsala. This has helped India to get back into the game.

As England started batting, Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett seemed untroubled, despite India’s bowlers trying hard to get them out. They cautiously built their partnership and eventually started scoring freely. However, India’s captain, Rohit Sharma, brought in Kuldeep Yadav to bowl, and he quickly made a big impact by getting Duckett out in his first over. This breakthrough ended Duckett’s 27-run innings and a 64-run partnership with Crawley.

Following Duckett’s dismissal, Crawley and Ollie Pope took charge, guiding England’s score to 100 runs. It seemed like England would maintain their advantage until lunch, but just before the break, Kuldeep Yadav got Pope out, shifting the momentum in India’s favor once again.

In the 26th over, Kuldeep Yadav bamboozled the England batsman with a well-executed googly. The right-hander advanced down the track, anticipating the ball to turn the opposite direction. However, he was completely deceived by the googly’s movement. As Pope was out of his crease, wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel swiftly gathered the ball and removed the bails. Pope was dismissed for 11 runs off 24 deliveries.
