CSK captain MS Dhoni accepted a beautiful artwork gifted to him by a fan in Chennai ahead of the IPL 2024 season. MS Dhoni promised the fan, named Yash Prajapati, that he would hang his artwork at his house in Ranchi.
Yash Prajapati is a famous artist from Ahmedabad. He recently med CSK stars MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja in Chennai, where CSK have started their preparations for the IPL 2024 season, which will kick off on March 22.
Prajapati gifted both Dhoni and Jadeja artworks of their faces. These were really beautiful pictures that Prajapati had painted, and they reflected his dedication to his work and his affection for the legendary CSK duo.
Upon receiving the gift, Dhoni told Prajapati: “It’s very nice. Main ghar pe lagaunga isse”

Meanwhile, the 42-year-old MS Dhoni linked up with some of the CSK squad and support staff members in Chennai earlier this month and began his training in the nets. Ravindra Jadeja, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Mukesh Choudhary, Prashant Solanki, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Deepak Chahar, too, have arrived in Chennai and hit the nets at the Chepauk.
CSK are having a 20-day preparatory camp ahead of the start of the season on March 22. The defending champions will host Faf du Plessis’ RCB to get the season underway.
The IPL 2024 season is all but certain to be the last tournament for MS Dhoni, who will turn 43 in July this year.
CSK have been given a massive blow as Devon Conway has been ruled out from the first half of the tournament due to a finger injury, for which he had undergone a surgery last month.
