CPL 2020 Fantasy Cricket Tips: Match 21, Trinbago Knight Riders Vs Jamaica Tallawahs

After the second round of games at Queen’s Park Oval, the CPL comes back to the Brian Lara Cricket Academy for the final round with the race to the playoffs reaching its climax now.
While TKR is the only team in the tournament so far which has secured its qualification to the playoffs, Jamaica Tallawahs are also in a decent position with 3 wins and 3 losses in a total of 6 games that they have played.
Here are our fantasy cricket tips for match 21 of CPL 2020 –

Pitch Report
With the recent games being held at Queen’s Park Oval, the curators at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy had a bit of time in their hand and they might produce some good surfaces for the final round because the pitches, so far, in the tournament have been really below par.
Since tonight’s surface is going to be fresh, it might be a tad harder and might be a tad better for stroke-play as compared to the other surfaces we have seen for the recent games.
Predicted XI of both teams
Jamaica Tallawahs
Glenn Phillips, Nkrumah Bonner, Jermaine Blackwood, Chadwick Walton (WK), Rovman Powell (C), Carlos Brathwaite, Asif Ali, Andre Russell, Sandeep Lamichhane, Mujeeb ur Rehman, Fidel Edwards.
Trinbago Knight Riders
Lendl Simmons, Sunil Narine, Colin Munro, Darren Bravo, Kieron Pollard (C), Tim Seifert (WK), Dwayne Bravo, Khary Pierre, Jayden Seales, Akeal Hosein and Fawad Ahmed
Top Picks

Glenn Phillips is only 23 years of age, but the maturity that he has shown of late, he surely has a bright future ahead of him. On some of the trickiest pitches, the Kiwi wicket-keeper batsman has not only shown his hitting potential, but also his art of constructing the innings. His 70 odd in the last game against St Kitts was one of the top knocks of this year’s CPL.
Asif Ali had started this tournament with a bang, but is now struggling to get his act together. However, he is such a powerful striker of the ball that the opposition will always have to be careful of him. If Asif isn’t removed early, he is one of those players who can score a 20-ball 50 with ease.

Kieron Pollard won an almost unwinnable game against the Barbados Tridents the other day. With almost all the recognized batsmen back to the hut and the ball gripping and turning, Pollard put on an absolute exhibition of six hitting and single-handedly dragged TKR over the line.
Mujeeb ur Rahman and Sandeep Lamichhane are the two spinners who have kept Jamaica afloat in this tournament. Neither of them flights the ball a lot, but they don’t need to because they are skillful in terms of bowling into the surface and make the ball grip and turn both ways.
Fidel Edwards has also been swinging the ball on a consistent basis in the last few games and he might be a trump card as well for Jamaica, early on with the ball.
Captaincy pick: Glenn Phillips
Vice-captaincy pick: Kieron Pollard
Fantasy XI: Glenn Phillips (C), Nkrumah Bonner, Asif Ali, Rovman Powell, Darren Bravo, Colin Munro, Dwayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard (VC), Fidel Edwards, Sandeep Lamichhane, Mujeeb ur Rahman
