Mumbai Indians stole the show last night at the Dubai International Stadium as they won the prestigious trophy of the Indian Premier League for the 5th time. The Rohit Sharma led the team outperformed Delhi Capitals in all the departments of the game and defeated them by five wickets.

Everything that the Mumbai Indians touched last night turned into gold as they became just the second team to defend the title.

Following the win, social media was flooded with amazing reactions to Mumbai Indians winning the prestigious trophy. Among many, a tweet has been winning hearts on the micro-blogging site and is going crazily viral.

For the unversed, Sourav Ganguly waving his shirt on the Lord’s balcony after team India defeated England in their own backyard in the 2002 Natwest series is regarded as one of the most iconic moments in the history of Indian cricket.

During that moment, Dada, the skipper of team India couldn’t hold back his excitement and waved his shirt in the air after beating England.
