Rishabh Pant

India’s young and talented wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant is currently recovering from multiple injuries that he sustained during a tragic accident when his car collided with a road divider on the morning of December 30 last year. Pant has since been treated in two major hospitals in Dehradun and Mumbai and is currently undergoing recovery.

His absence from the recently concluded Border-Gavaskar Trophy was felt by many, considering the pivotal role he played in India’s sensational comeback in the previous edition of the BGT.

In the picture, Pant can be seen with a bandage on his right foot. Sharing the picture, Yuvi wrote:

The tweet went viral in no time and was flooded with reactions from the fans, who wished the young keeper-batter a speedy recovery. However, the Tweet that caught everyone’s attention came from the veteran keeper-batter Dinesh Karthik.

DK took to his Twitter and came up with a heartwarming reaction to the viral picture. In his Tweet, DK hailed Yuvraj for one of the greatest comebacks in sports. He wrote:

“Lovely . So happy to see this .
Noone can inspire rishabh more than the man who staged one of the greatest comebacks in sport .
More power to both ♥️♥️♥️”
