India’s Fast Bowler Umesh Yadav Gets A Big Job

While growing up, India’s fast bowler Umesh Yadav wanted to become a police constable. However, his father Tilak Yadav wanted him to become a government officer. In order to fulfil his father’s wish, Umesh prepared for the exam but missed the cut-off mark by a very small margin.

But, now, a decade later, things have changed a big deal and Umesh Yadav is now a very important member of Indian Cricket Team and one of the fastest bowlers in the world cricket.

Umesh Yadav is a household name in India and Indian cricket fans have a lot of love and respect for him because he is one of the fastest bowler in the history of Indian cricket.

Well, coming back to his father’s wish, Umesh Yadav has been appointed as an assistant manager in Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Nagpur office. Now, this surely is way more than what Mr. Tilak Yadav would have hoped for when Umesh was growing up.

“The talks were on before the Champions Trophy. He had met RBI officials before leaving for England in May. The officials gave a go ahead to his appointment in sports quota but due to national duties he couldn’t complete formalities,” a source close to the development told Times Of India (TOI).

The source also said that Umesh could have got a permanent job straight away but he wanted to represent a reputed organisation and this is the reason he waited for so long.

“He should have got a permanent job straight away but things didn’t work out. He always wanted to represent a reputed organisation. That was the reason he didn’t make any hurry. Now, he has got what he deserved,” the source added.
