West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Smith has announced his international retirement. Smith made this announcement before the Pakistan Super League (PSL) qualifying final between Islamabad United and Karachi Kings. He represents Islamabad United in the PSL.

Dwayne Smith made his international debut for West Indies way back in 2004, against South Africa at Cape Town. However, Smith has stated that he would keep playing T20 cricket in domestic T20 leagues around the world. He is currently taking part in the PSL and will play for The Gujarat Lions in the tenth edition of the Indian Premier League.

Smith last played for West Indies during the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup. We wish him all the best for his second innings.
