MS Dhoni will play just seven more matches in 2016

Indian cricket team’s cricketing calendar has never seen these many Tests scheduled in the coming months. Team India will be playing another 13 matches at home with New Zealand, England, Bangladesh and Australia all slated to visit the country starting next month. With so many Test matches scheduled, Indian cricket fans won’t get to see India’s limited-overs captain MS Dhoni in action.

MS Dhoni, who retired from the longest format of the game in December 2014, as of now is scheduled to play just seven more matches in 2016 – two T20Is against West Indies in USA and 5 ODIs against New Zealand in India.  MS Dhoni’s biopic is also scheduled to release in September and all his fans are very excited to see his untold story.

MS Dhoni has already played 27 matches in 2016 so far – 8 ODIs and 19 T20Is and he has 7 more matches to play in the remainder of the year.
