It was a rare sight for the fans to see captain cool MS Dhoni showing emotions. After Chennai Super Kings won the Indian Premier League (IPL) title by defeating Gujarat Titans in the final match at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad.
CSK needed 10 runs off the last two balls and the star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja smashed the winning runs to seal the deal for the Chennai Super Kings.
MS Dhoni Got Emotional
Initially, Dhoni was at his usual best for a few seconds after the win but the moment he met the overjoyed Jadeja, the CSK captain couldn’t keep calm. Passion and emotion overpowered Dhoni and he lifted Jadeja near the dugout. Dhoni had a smile on his face and a little tear in his eyes during the emotional act.

On Tuesday, Jadeja took to his social media and shared a picture of himself with Dhoni and the IPL 2023 trophy. Sharing the picture, he dedicated the win to the legendary captain with a heartfelt message. He wrote:
“We did it for ONE and ONLY “MS DHONI.🏆 mahi bhai aapke liye toh kuch bhi…”
