The Cricket Lounge Announced Best T20I XI Of 2022

T20 internationals was the talk of the town in 2022. After Australia clinched the 2021 T20 World Cup title, it was their Ashes rivals, England, who won their second T20 world title, in 2022, in Australia.

There were more T20Is played in 2022 than perhaps any other year as teams focused on the shortest format, considering the T20 WC toward the end of the year.

While India failed to reach the finals of the Asia Cup and T20 WC, they swept all the bilateral series and are currently the top-ranked ICC T20I men’s team at the end of the year, followed by world champs England with the runner-ups Pakistan at third.

In this article, we will look at the best playing XI from the Full Member nations in the shortest format of international cricket this year. Admittedly, this list is influenced significantly by players’ performance in the most important tournament of the year, T20 World Cup 2022.
