Anupam Mittal Trolled Australian Cricket Team: An innings and 132 runs – the margin of victory recorded by Team India over Australia in the first Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023, in Nagpur, where the Aussie batters, expectedly, fell in India’s spin trap, and were bowled out for 177 and 91 on either side of India piling up 400 on the same pitch.
Rohit Sharma notched up his 9th Test century – his first Test ton against Australia – while R Ashwin bagged another five-fer – his 31st in Test cricket and 6th against Australia – in the second innings.
But it was the comeback man Ravindra Jadeja, who bagged the Player of the Match award for his all-round brilliance while playing his first international game after 5 months. Jadeja took a five-wicket haul in Australia’s first innings, scored 70 (185) in India’s first innings, and then he added two more wickets in Australia’s second innings.
Amid this, the Australian team was trolled hilariously on social media for their big loss. This is the third biggest innings win for India against Australia in Test cricket.
Shark Tank’s Anupam Mittal too joined the bandwagon in mocking the Aussies.

Founder of renowned companies like Shaadi.com and People Group, Anupam Mittal said that he had been planning to watch the IND vs AUS Test on Sunday, but the Australians folded inside three days on Saturday.
“#CricketAustralia pls arrange for my Sunday entertainment … I was planning on watching the match,” Anupam Mittal tweeted.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who hadn’t “felt the sun for five months” during his recovery from a knee injury, for which he needed surgery, attested his status as arguably the best Test all-rounder in the world.
He thanked the NCA staff who attended to him even on Sundays.
“Feeling amazing. When you come back after five months and give your 100 percent, scoring runs and taking wickets.. feels amazing. Was working hard at the NCA. Would like to thank the NCA staff, physios. They have been working hard with me, even on Sundays,: he said.
Speaking of his performance in Nagpur, the all-rounder said: “Was looking to bowl in good areas. Ball was spinning, going straight, keeping low. Kept telling myself to bowl at the stumps – if they make mistake, I have a chance. I look to keep things simple. Try not to change things with my batting. It’s a crucial number – 5, 6, 7.”
