Arjun Tendulkar, son of legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar, made his IPL debut for Mumbai Indians against Kolkata Knight Riders on 16th April 2023. Though he went wicketless in his maiden game he impressed one and all with his pace and movement of the ball. He became the talk of the town all thanks to his brilliant control over the ball.

In his second game, Arjun was given a big responsibility to bowl the 20th over of the game. The young allrounder repaid the faith shown in him by his captain and gave away only five runs, and guided his team home. Incidentally, it was Rohit Sharma who helped Arjun complete his first IPL wicket as he took the catch. Following this, he became an overnight sensation all thanks to his brilliant performance in the game.

Arjun Tendulkar’s diet is very simple but rich in protein. It consists of dal, roti, and sabzi for his lunch and dinner. He also loves fish and chicken. Arjun prefers a protein-rich diet.
Intense Exercise Routine:
The 21-year-old all-arounder enjoys a challenging training schedule that includes an intense exercise routine. He loves to do weightlifting without barbells. He takes daily exercises very seriously for his general strength. His daily workout routines include jogging, skipping, and stair climbing.

Trap Bar: One of his favorite exercises is the trap bar deadlift which helps him focus on muscle strengthening of the legs and hips.
Dumbbell split snatch workout: Arjun enjoys performing overhand lunges with a dumbbell. This exercise is excellent for building strength and drip.
