Rinku Singh Gave A Perfect Finish To KKR
On May 8, another thrilling game took place that went right down to the wire when Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Punjab Kings at the Eden Gardens by 6 wickets off the very last ball of the match, as Rinku Singh smashed a match-winning boundary of the final ball of the 20th over bowled by Arshdeep Singh.
Arshdeep Singh, who was at the receiving end of Rinku Singh’s brilliance was visibly rattled by this. Arshdeep was left with just 6 runs to defend off the last 6 balls after Punjab Kings’ Sam Curran gave away 20 runs in the 19th over. Andre Russell and Rinku Singh were on strike.

Arshdeep, who has turned out to be the most accurate death bowler in the world right now, made it difficult for the KKR batters with a few runs to defend. He gave away just 4 runs in the first five balls. With KKR needing 2 to win off the last delivery, Rinku smashed a widish full toss right toward the fine leg boundary.
Following this, Arshdeep was almost in tears in disappointment as he couldn’t finish the job. On the other hand, the whole KKR camp was seen in celebration mode with players rushing onto the field to celebrate with Rinku Singh for this thrilling victory.
