The Indian cricket team put up a stellar all-around show to outwit the England cricket team by y 50 and 49 runs respectively in the first two games of the ongoing 3-match T20I series. And it won’t be wrong to say that the main reason behind India’s series-clinching wins has been the terrific bowling performance of Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar Made A Solid Return To Form

The senior Indian seamer has been in some sensational form off lately. After the South Africa series, he carried on his form into the ongoing England series. The white Kookaburra swung in both Southampton and Birmingham as Bhuvi ran through the batting line-up of the England cricket team in both games. He dismissed the big fish — Jos Buttler twice.

In the second match against England, Bhuvi ended with the figures of 3/15 and was also named the player-of-the-match. While receiving the award, Bhuvi had said:
“When ball swings, you definitely enjoy. In the last few years, there is not much help with the ball in England but this year it’s more. White ball getting swing upfront is a motivational factor for fast bowler and batters have to take their chances,”
Talking about the game, Bhuvneshwar Kumar first dismissed the dangerous-looking Jason Roy, who was caught at slip by Rohit Sharma for a first-ball duck. Bhuvi then removed Jos Buttler, who was caught behind by Rishabh Pant.

After Bhuvi laid the foundation in the powerplay, England batters kept losing their wickets at a steady rate. Only David Willey (33*) and Moeen Ali (35) could score some decent runs. On taking Jos Buttler’s wicket, he said:
“We know Buttler is a dangerous player. If ball swings I go for a wicket and it works. If ball swings, it motivates you to do things against a particular batsman.”
Bhuvi Gave An Epic Reply
Further, he was also asked if he’s fit and free of all injuries. Responding to this, he came up with an apt reply. He said:
“Honestly, I don’t want to talk about injuries. If anyone asks me the same in India, I don’t answer it, sorry. I am playing so it seems it’s good,”

For the unversed, Bhuvi had gone through his shares of ups and downs, especially when it comes to injuries, however, his swing prowess was never in doubt. He has made a solid return to the Indian side.
Bhuvi was also asked if there is any ‘weak link’ in the India bowling attack as it seems to have all bases covered. Responding to this, he came up with a priceless answer. He said:
“Ek match mein agar maar padd gayi toh aap hi weak bowler dhundengey. Woh aap agle match mein dhund lena (If a bowler gets hit for runs, you guys will identify him as a weak bowler. Try finding him in the next game),”
