Former South Africa fast bowler Dale Steyn is hailed as one of the most talented batsmen around the world. Durind his playing days, Steyn troubled a lot of batsmen, however on Tuesday, he revealed the modern-day batter who would have troubled him during his playing days.

On Tuesday, Dale steyn hosted a Question and Answer session on his official Twitter handle. He wrote:”Anyone wanna ask some questions? I’m free, LETS GO!”

In no time, Dale Steyn’s tweet was flooded with questions from the fans that were on and off the field. Among many, a particular fan asked Dale Steyn to pick a modern-day batter who would have troubled him during his playing days. The fan wrote: “In today’s generation which batter do you think would have created a problem for you as a bowler?”

Steyn was quick to notice the tweet and come up with a reply to a fan. In his reply, Steyn wrote just 2 letters “KL”, referring to India’s sensational batsman KL Rahul.

Well, it is difficult to think otherwise as KL Rahul has been in some red-hot form lately. The star opener scored 315 runs off four tests in England, including a century at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground, where team India registered a memorable win. He also emerged out as third highest run-scorer tallying 626 runs, behind Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis.

In the just-concluded India’s campaign in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021, KL Rahul missed out scoring against Pakistan and New Zealand, but ended the campaign on a good note, smashing three back-to-back half-centuries against Afghanistan (69), Scotland (54) and Namibia (50*).

Meanwhile, KL Rahul has been named as India’s vice-captain in T20i series against New Zealand, which will kickstart from November 17th in India.
