Pant’s car accident
Pant survived a horrific accident in the early hours of December 30, 2022, as he was driving his own car on his way to visit his mother and celebrate the new year with her. However, he collided with a divider, flipped multiple times, and caught fire. With the help of some locals, Pant managed to escape the car before it burst into flames.
After getting the initial treatment at a local hospital in Roorkee, Pant was airlifted to Mumbai, where he underwent surgery on his knee.
Rishabh Pant is recovering from multiple injuries and will miss out on a considerable period of time because of the same. He was ruled out of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia, the ongoing Indian Premier League, and will miss the upcoming ODI World Cup as well.
