He swiftly boarded his car with his wife and daughter, while the rest of the team members opted for the bus to return to the team hotel.

As the video of Rohit Sharma calming the paparazzi gained traction online, many users also circulated an older video featuring Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma exiting the airport with their daughter Vamika. In that video, they had similarly requested the media to maintain silence as Vamika was sleeping.
Despite the media complying with both fathers’ requests, some individuals spread false information, suggesting that the paparazzi had disregarded Virat Kohli’s request.

Last November, during the 2023 World Cup, Virat Kohli returned to Mumbai with Anushka Sharma and their daughter Vamika. Kohli asked photographers to remain silent and declined to have pictures taken near his car as Vamika was sleeping inside.
In the viral video, as Kohli exited the airport, he requested the paparazzi to take pictures near the exit and not near his car, saying, “Yahi pe karlo, gaadi ke paas nahi (Do it here only, not near the car).” He mentioned that Vamika was sleeping inside and added, “Subhe subhe uthke aye hai please (Please, it’s very early in the morning).” Kohli further stated, “Aree beti ko ghar leke jaana hai (I have to take my daughter home).” When a female fan requested a picture near the car, Kohli politely declined, saying, “Ma’am not there please, our daughter is there.”
