Fans Are Angry After India’s 170 All Out In 2nd Innings Of WTC Final

WTC Final 2021: The ongoing World Test Championship final between India and New Zealand is turning out to be a nail-biting thriller. The Virat Kohli-led side was staring at defeat after they were bowled out for 170 runs on the reserve day, leaving the New Zealand cricket team with an easy target of 139 runs to win the title of the World Test Championship.

Talking about the performance of Virat Kohli, tables were turned for the team after Virat was dismissed following another batting failure against New Zealand.

Rishabh Pant turned out to be the scorer for the Indian side as he played a stunning knock of 41 runs, however, he hardly found a stable company on the other side. Ultimately, it was Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja (16 off 49 balls), who gave him company after India lost the important wickets of Virat Kohli (13), Cheteshwar Pujara (15), and Ajinkya Rahane (15) in the first session itself.

New Zealand’s Tim Southee picked wickets at both ends of the innings on his way to 4-48 in 19 overs. Kyle Jamieson followed his first-innings 5-31 by dismissing the Indian skipper Virat Kohli for the second time in the match.

Meanwhile, fans on social media were not at all happy with the performance of the Indian cricketers. Fans flooded social media with their tweets and post, as they slammed the Indian cricketers for their poor batting show in the second innings. Infact, there were many who started congratulating the New Zealand cricket team.
