Meanwhile, Shubman Gill will be looking forward to bettering his numbers in the upcoming second leg of IPL 2021, which was suspended mid-way because of the outbreak of COVID-19 within the bio-bubble.
In the first half, Shubman scored 132 runs for Kolkata Knight Riders in all seven matches he played, with his strike rate being less than 120. In last year’s edition of IPL, Shubman scored more than 400 runs in the IPL season, which was played in the UAE.
