India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who is in the form of his life, once again played a huge role in the success of Indian cricket team in the recently concluded 3-match ODI series against England. In the 3rd ODI match, Hardik Pandya put up a stellar all-around show to help the Indian cricket team register a historic win.
Hardik Pandya Gave An All-Around Performance
The Indian bowlers put up a stellar show to restrict England to the target of 259, but the destroyer-in-chief was Hardik Pandya, who registered his career-best figures of 4/24.
Hardik Pandya picked all the important wickets of Jason Roy, followed by all-rounder Ben Stokes’ scalp, and then Liam Livingstone. All three players were looking great on the crease. However, the most crucial wicket that Pandya took was of captain Jos Buttler who top scored with 60 runs.
Later, while chasing the target of 259 runs, Hardik Pandya played a crucial knock of 71 runs off 55 balls, including 10 fours. His knock helped the Indian side defeat England and later he was adjudged the player of the series award for his all-around performance in the series.

After his stellar show against England, on Monday, Hardik Pandya took to his social media and shared an emotional video. Pandya, who has gone through a lot in the last few years, showed his journey from how he recovered from injury to making a brilliant comeback into the Indian cricket team
Sharing the emotional video, Hardik thanked everyone who stood by him, encouraged him and guided him through the ups and downs. He wrote:

After the stunning win against England in the 3rd ODI, Pandya talked about his crucial partnership with Rishabh Pant, that proved to be the turning point of the game. He said:
“I felt really good with my performance. It’s always special to contribute to all departments. My game gave me a lot of confidence in the past. Rishabh’s inning was obviously very important for us. And the way he finished… we all know what kind of talent he has. And when it comes out, it looks very pleasing to the eyes. When he plays, your heartbeat goes up at the same part of the time you are in awe of the shots Rishabh plays,”
