Akash Deep, born in 1996 in Dehri, Bihar, embarked on his cricket journey by relocating to Bengal in pursuit of his dream. Unlike many, he didn’t have initial support from his father, but his unwavering determination led him to success.

Making his debut for Bengal in 2019, Akash Deep has since featured in 30 First-Class matches, securing 104 wickets at an impressive average of 23.58. He boasts four five-wicket hauls and has formed a formidable pace bowling duo with Mukesh Kumar for Bengal in the Ranji Trophy.
