India vs Australia 2016: 2 Debutantes In Australia’s Playing XI For The First ODI

Australia have announced their playing XI for the first One Day International (ODI) against India. Australia will two new faces in the opening match against India on Tuesday; Western Australian Joel Paris and Scott Boland, who has been a consistent performer at the domestic level. Shaun Marsh, who been in a good form, has not been included in the playing XI even after scoring consistently for Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League. While George Bailey has been picked to add some experience in the middle-order.

India are yet to name their playing XI, but young fast bowler Barinder Sran looks set to make his debut after Mohammed Shami was cut-short after acquiring a hamstring injury. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been called up as Shami’s replacement but Barinder Sran looks more likely to be included in India’s playing XI.
