He has finally received the green signal from the BCCI regarding his fitness and participation in the upcoming 2024 season of the Indian Premier League. As per the various reports, Pant will participate in the tournament as a pure batter in the league and won’t be taking gloves as Delhi Capitals don’t want to rush things with him.
If Rishabh manages to play the full season of IPL 2024, he will be in contention for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 tournament as well. Pant will be keen on making an impact in the IPL in order to make his comeback on the national side as well.

“He is batting well, he is keeping well. We will declare him fit very soon. If he can play in the T20 World Cup for us, that will be a big thing for us. He is a big asset for us. If he can keep, he can play in the World Cup. Let’s see how he does in the IPL.”
