South Africa’s Imran Tahir has surprised one and all in the latest ICC ODI rankings. Known for his leg-spin and animated celebrations, Tahir is the new number 1 bowler in ODI cricket with 761 points to his credit. In the recently concluded ODI series against Sri Lanka, Tahir took 10 wickets and climbed up to the top of ‘Top 20 ODI bowlers’ table. Second in the list is Blackcaps’ speedster Trent Boult, with 757 points.
No Indian bowler features in ‘Top 10 ODI bowlers’ list but Axar Patel (11), Amit Mihsra (13) and Ravichandran Aswhin (19) are in ‘top 20’ list. Check out the full list here:
