Former England skipper Michael Vaughan has been making a lot of news these days, however, for all the controversial reasons. Vaughan has been making controversial remarks ever since England’s tour to India kickstarted.
From calling Mumbai Indians a better T20 team than the Indian national team to criticizing the pitch over and again over again, Vaughan left no stone unturned to create controversies with his statements.
Well, now as India thrashed England in the series decider last night, Michael Vaughan has had to change his statement. After the match, Vaughan took to his social media and hailed team India for their performance. He also called India the favorites to win the T20 world cup. He wrote:
“India have adapted brilliantly in this series … the better team have won … Add @Jaspritbumrah93 & @imjadeja to this team in Indian conditions & they are favourites to win the T20 World Cup … Great series to watch ..”
