The Chennai Super Kings all-rounder announced this news on Twitter, on Wednesday evening, and that all the 101 accounts for girls have an “initial deposit of Rs. 11000 per SSA account”.
Ravindra Jadeja, who is currently recovering from a rib injury that saw him miss the last three weeks of the IPL 2022, proudly added that this philanthropic act by him and his wife Rivaba has been done in line with the “noble dream and inspiration” of PM Narendra Modi.

Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja will miss the upcoming T20I series versus South Africa but he has been named for the Edgbaston Test against England starting July 1 as the selectors and team management expect him to recover from the rib injury and be fully fit for the all-important Test against Ben Stokes’ side.
Jadeja had a largely distraught time in the IPL where he stepped down as CSK‘s captain after the team had won only two of their first eight matches and handed back the duties to MS Dhoni, from whom he had been given the captaincy prior to the season.
On the individual front, too, Jadeja had a forgettable tournament: despite the promotion in the batting order, he managed only 116 runs in 10 matches at a lowly strike rate of 118 with a best of 26*; with the ball, the left-arm spinner could take just 5 wickets.
