In the first season of the Women’s Premier League, the highest bracket for the base price is decided to be INR 50 Lakh. Interestingly, two of the biggest names in Indian cricket – Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana have given their names in the INR 50 Lakh price bracket.
Each team can buy around 18 players maximum) and 90 players are likely to get sold in the WPL inaugural auction.
